Responding directly to a clip by Dr. John Betteridge on Instagram, where he speculated on her possible procedures, Khloé commented that she took the doctor's speculative video as a 'great compliment'.

"To start, I believe these photos are about 15 years apart," she explained, "but here's a list of what I've had done. I've been very open about it in the past, so here we go."

Tagging all her surgeons, cosmetologists, personal trainers, and beauticians, Khloé disclosed the procedures she's undergone:

• Nose job
• Laser hair removal 'for the hairline and everywhere else'
• Botox and Sculptra from 'where my face tumor was removed in my cheek'
• Soft wave laser for 'skin tightening'
• Collagen baby threads 'underneath my chin and neck'
• Filler 'in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down)'

Khloé also mentioned that she's gradually lost 80 pounds over the years and briefly discussed her skincare routine, noting she maintains a daily regimen, uses peptides, has 'regular facials', takes vitamins, and even tries 'salmon sperm facials'.

She concluded her candid remarks by stating: "In 2025, there will be many options available before opting for surgery, but when the time comes, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors."

After the list was shared, people quickly took to social media to express their thoughts and theories about why now Khloé chose to reveal this information.

Some speculated that the timing was meant to divert attention from the controversy surrounding her attendance at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's wedding over the weekend, with one Reddit user writing: "I don't believe that's everything, and I feel like she's only doing this because she saw the praise Kylie got for the boob job and is trying to shift the narrative regarding the 'Hunger Games' wedding."
