Jennifer Aniston has once again dismissed rumors of plastic surgery, asserting that she has preserved her 'youthful' look through two self-care practices.
Much like actor Paul Rudd, many fans speculate that Aniston must have discovered the mythical fountain of youth at some point, as she seems to age at a remarkably slow pace.
At 56, she follows an 80/20 approach to her health, explaining in January: “Eighty percent healthy living and then 20 percent is: Enjoy a martini, indulge in your pizza and burgers, and have late nights with friends. It’s about balance.”
Aniston, who reprises her role as the sharp-witted host of Alex Unfiltered and head of talent for UBN, Alex Levy, in Apple TV+’s The Morning Show this month, recently discussed the beloved drama and her beauty secrets with Glamour.

Upon hearing her Morning Show co-star Marion Cotillard describe her as an ‘empowering' example of ageing gracefully, the American actress remarked: “In terms of ageing gracefully, I possess an endless well of optimism and positivity.
“Call it youth if you like. But I believe it all begins with how we cherish our bodies and appreciate where we are.”
While the Rachel Green icon acknowledged receiving facials, lasers, and other 'good stuff', she did not admit to undergoing surgery.

“I mean, I maintain myself. I’m not just going to let these grey hairs take over. It’s about perspective, and also realizing this is our one body.”
Aniston also mentioned that youth is essentially a 'mindset', and she regarded Cotillard as a 'walking beam of sunshine'.
The sitcom star’s strong words dismissed the surgery rumors, which reignited last year when she was seen leaving a high-end clinic in Connecticut with Sandra Bullock and Amanda Anka, according to images obtained by the Daily Mail, reported by Page Six.

In a 2017 interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Aniston confessed to having used Botox and fillers in the past. However, she emphasized her dislike for the cosmetic procedures, feeling they were a ‘slippery slope’.
“I was like, ‘I’m not even going to try anymore,’ because it just wasn’t working,” she told the publication. “It was making me look older than I actually am!”
Since then, she’s expressed a desire to redefine the ‘rules’ of ageing, stating: “I’m trying not to think about growing older. I try not to focus on age.

“The world will always be there telling us what your age is and what women should do in society when you’re this or that,” Aniston explained to Allure magazine.
“We can make our own rules. It’s all bull***t.”
In addition to appearing in The Morning Show, Aniston’s upcoming projects include starring in an adaptation of Nickelodeon star Jenette McCurdy’s bestselling memoir, I’m Glad My Mom Died, and an untitled project with Sophie Goodhart.
